Amazing service! Donna and Mitch were very helpful with everything. When you move in you get a free truck rental for a day and a lock. It is super convenient to have the unit right off the free way! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a unit!

Office staff very helpful in explaining process. Clean facility with secure covered loading bay made moving easier. Carts at the loading bay for use were great.

I booked a reservation on line showed up the next day signed all the paper work and I was in! The prices are fair and I love that they have a free truck to move you in!

Customer service is top notch and I found Donna to be extremely helpful along with the gentleman who showed me the moving truck and facility. I didn't catch his name but they were both great. They were mid remodel so I couldn't fairly rate the cleanliness because of that reason but it's seems to be kept up well

I was in the past, and am currently a customer of Everett Storage Depot. They have good customer service, great prices, convenient location, easy building access, and they offered me a small discount on top of the amazing deal they had to offer, just for being a past customer! I give them a nine; i only didn't give a ten because one day there will be a storage place that has helper movers too! Ha.

We came into the Everett Self Storage Depot on Friday, and were helped by Alice and Christian, i was impressed with there friendly advice and Christian's advice when we were selecting a unit! the buliding is very inviting and i will be recomending the Depot to everyone! great prices on heated units free truck and lock and i know im gonna be happy here! Thanks guys!!
